1.- RESPONSIBILITY
The carrier's responsibility lies with the company that actually provides the service. The transport company will not be liable for breaches that are not directly attributable to it, nor for those caused by fortuitous events, force majeure, or by complying with legal or administrative requirements.
2.- BOOKING PROCEDURE
Bookings are made through spaintransferservices.com and must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the actual service date. Bookings made with less notice are not guaranteed. If you need an urgent booking, please contact info@spaintransferservices.com to check availability.
Once the booking is made, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. We recommend that you carry it with you to the airport. If you have not received your booking confirmation, please send an email to info@spaintransferservices.com
3.- PASSENGER TRANSPORT
For transfers from the airport to the city, the pick-up point will be as indicated in the confirmation email you receive upon booking. For transfers from the city to the airport, the pick-up location will be the address provided at the time of booking.
The pick-up time is scheduled based on the information provided in the bookings (flight departure time, hotel, etc.). In case of any changes, please inform us immediately.
4.- TICKET PRICES
The prices displayed on our website are final and have no additional charges.
5.- EXTRAS
We offer baby seats and boosters subject to availability and prior reservation.
According to European regulations (Directive 2014/37/European Commission, 27/02/2014), in vehicles carrying one to nine passengers, children with a height of 135 cm or less or a weight of 36 kg or less must ALWAYS use an approved restraint system adapted to their weight and height. If the customer refuses to book and pay for such a system, the driver may deny service to avoid legal penalties.
If seats cannot be provided due to vehicle changes (larger car) resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as last-minute bookings, flight delays, or traffic congestion, a full refund will be issued for the unpaid seats.
Baby seats and boosters are subject to the availability of the local provider. If unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
Wheelchairs for disabled passengers are free of charge, but this must be mentioned in the comments for safety and space reasons.
6.- DISCOUNTS
No discounts are available.
7.- PAYMENT METHODS
Payment by credit or debit card (American Express, Visa, 4B, Maestro, and Mastercard) is the only accepted payment method. Transfers are paid in advance by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
8.- LUGGAGE
Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage up to 25 kg (maximum dimensions: 50 cm high x 40 cm wide x 80 cm deep) and one piece of hand luggage up to 10 kg (maximum dimensions: 55 cm high x 40 cm wide x 20 cm deep).
Special luggage, such as bicycles, surfboards, or golf clubs, must be transported in special cases (bike carriers, etc.). The maximum size for additional luggage is 150 cm (length + width + height). For larger luggage, a private transfer must be booked and confirmed with info@spaintransferservices.com to ensure it fits in the vehicle.
If the luggage does not match the original booking, is not as specified, or does not fit in the assigned vehicle, the customer must arrange an alternative transfer and bear any additional costs. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed in these cases. Spain Transfers is not responsible for any damage or loss of luggage.
9.- CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations
The customer may cancel booked services at any time by sending an email with the booking number to info@spaintransferservices.com . If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation is made 72 hours or less in advance, 100% of the price will be charged.
If Spain Transfers cannot fulfill the reserved service and no similar service can be offered, Spain Transfers reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Changes
Pick-ups are automatically scheduled based on the information provided by the customer when booking online. Please inform us as soon as possible about any changes to the booking (accommodation, itinerary, etc.) by sending an email to info@spaintransferservices.com
10.- NO SMOKING POLICY
Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited (Art. 6 R.D. 1293/1999).
11.- INVOICING
The ticket itself serves as an invoice as it reflects all necessary details and the applied VAT. However, if you wish to receive an invoice for your tickets, please send an email to info@spaintransferservices.com
12.- COMPLAINTS
If you experience any issues with the service provided, we would appreciate it if you let us know by sending an email to info@spaintransferservices.com . We will analyze the issue with the provider on your behalf and do our best to resolve the problem immediately. Please note that if you do not inform us at the time, our ability to investigate the issue and your rights under the contract with the provider may be affected.
If, after your return, you identify any problems related to services booked through Spain Transfers, you must notify us by email at info@spaintransferservices.com or by postal mail to the following address:

We will work together with the Provider to resolve any issues within a maximum period of 28 days from the date of notification.
Important: all complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days from the date of the return journey. If the booked service is one-way only, the submission deadline will be 28 days from the service date.
